Hey there, fellow wanderlusts! Sophie here, your resident fitness junkie and travel enthusiast. Today, we’re going to talk about something that combines my two favourite things – fitness and travel. Now before you hit the ‘back’ button faster than I can say “burpees”, hear me out!
